Jonah is 2 weeks old in these pictures. Grandma Baldwin came up on Monday and spent a few days with us. She is so helpful and it was so nice to have her here. On Tuesday, while the girls were at school, we went shopping at Kohl's. Yes, Jonah has a TON of clothes...but, he is still so little that he doesn't fit in most of them! So, we went in search of some newborn things. This is one of the adorable little outfits we found. You kind of hate to spend money on things that you know he will only get to wear a few times, but I wanted him to have a few really cute things right now. Every boy needs a pair of brown corduroy pants, right?! This was right before we went to church on Wednesday night. He looked very handsome!
This was right after the longest night I have ever had taking care of a baby. This little guy cried for pretty much 5 solid hours Monday night. I couldn't console him...his tummy hurt. We finally put him in the car and drove to Wal-Mart at 4:15 in the morning for gas drops. The combination of the car ride and the gas drops did the trick! Hopefully we won't have many more nights like that. He seems to sleep just fine during the day, of course!
We love Grandma Baldwin! She says Jonah looks a whole lot like Brian did as a baby, but with a lot more hair.
