Noah's Ark & Trick-or-Treating

Noah's Ark on Halloween is always so much fun! I love to look back at the pictures I have at Noah's Ark over the years and see how much the kids have grown. This was Jonah's first year to really enjoy playing the games. He really didn't care too much about getting candy though! We played games, the girls got their faces painted, and we had corn dogs & all kinds of goodies in fellowship hall. After Noah's Ark we went back to our neighborhood and trick-or-treated for a while before going home. It was a fun & busy Halloween!
Sweet friends!
The fishing game is always a favorite!
I love this picture!
Jonah is quite the golfer! Haha!
Katelyn & Madison are BFF's! They are quite the pair!
So glad G-Ma could be there with us!
Photo-bomber!
Taking a candy break!
I tried to talk her into getting something that would go with her Jasmine costume, but she was determined to get this pink bunny...whatever!
I am so, so thankful for the friendship we share with the Easterwood's! They are like family!
We had fun trick-or-treating! It was a little chilly, but we went to 7 or 8 houses probably. We are loving our new neighborhood!
Madison was getting very tired at this point!
Grandma & Grandpa Baldwin came by at the end of the night for a few minutes.

Happy Halloween!!

This year for Halloween, Mackenzie was Jasmine, Jonah was a ninja turtle, and Madison & Pony were Elsa! For the girls, we decided to go with costumes we already had, since we have SO MANY of them! I couldn't decide what Jonah should be, and I waited so long that I kind of had to scramble at the last minute. I tried to get him to be Mickey Mouse, but he wouldn't put it on for anything! So, I found a pair of Ninja turtle pj's and sprayed his hair green...it worked and he was comfortable! Mackenzie wasn't happy at all that I made her wear a shirt under her costume...she wanted her tummy to show. OH My!! What am I going to do with her as a teenager?! I am foreseeing many, many arguments over what she wears! Here are a few pic's we took before heading to the church for Noah's Ark!
At the last minute, we ripped up one of Brian's t-shirts and made a headband for Michelangelo!
I've never known another child who loved a "toy" this much! I surprised Madison by bringing Pony out dressed in this Elsa dress to match her!
Jonah wasn't interested in taking pictures at all, unless he was sitting in his car!
One day they won't want to dress as princesses anymore...what a sad thought!
Mackenzie was so excited to have "real" mascara on! We tried to spray her hair black, but we ran out of spray before we finished.
We left a basket of candy with gospel tracts on our front porch.
This is how Jonah's "photo session" went! He was not a happy turtle!
G-Ma got there right as we finished taking pictures, just in time to go to Noah's Ark! The kids were so excited when she pulled in...I'm pretty sure our neighbors 3 houses down could have heard them!
I'm not sure what Mackenzie's expression is about here!
G-Ma sent the cutest Halloween cards!
