These are just some fun random video's and pictures from the past few weeks. (I'm sure Brian will love that I posted this video of him acting silly with the girls! I love him! =0) If he were to do something like that to me, I would probably be furious with him, but I know he won't care!)
It is so fun to listen to the girls play and see what all they come up with. They made a little tent under the kitchen chairs and sat under there looking at books for the longest time.

No wonder they love their Daddy so much...he is a lot of fun!A few days ago, Mack came into the living room dressed in her little white dress & black dress shoes decorated with stickers, with her hair "fixed" and said, "I'm ready to go, Mommy!" (I forget where we were going, but she really thought she could go like this!) Such a funny little girl! This is her new thing...to raise her leg up in the air and pose for pictures. (My friend Olga would be proud!

Here is one more video...we were loading the car to head to Newcastle the other day and Madison was out in the garage. I turned around & there she was, in Mackenzie's skates. She had gotten herself into them all on her own. Thankfully, she was holding onto something & didn't get hurt. She LOVED skating, and was heartbroken when we told her she had to take them off.

This past Sunday was the Car Show at STBC....a week later than planned, due to rainy weather, but fun nonetheless! The week before, when it was originally scheduled, G-Ma rode home with us after the Icecapades & was planning to ride back with Poppa after the Car Show, but...after it was cancelled, we had to scramble a little to get her back to Newcastle since she was without a car. Poppa met us halfway on the turnpike and picked her up, so it was no big deal. Thankfully, she and Poppa were able to drive up this week again, so they could come to the Car Show. This was their first time to be there, and they really enjoyed it. I knew Poppa would, since he is in the process of restoring his '49 now. We were really excited that Grandpa Baldwin was able to bring his truck this year! I love, love, love the pictures we got of all the kids in front of & in the back of his truck. What special pictures! G-Ma's comment when I posted them on FB was, "Grandpa Baldwin's truck never looked so good!" I know it meant a lot to Grandpa Baldwin that all of the kids were there. 
The girls had a great time, from start to finish. The evening started with a bunch of the kids waving flags to The Star Spangled banner & airplanes flying overhead. They looked so cute with their little flags! Moon bounces, hot dogs, and face painting were probably the highlight of the night. (I'm not too sure they cared much about the cars!) G-Ma took the girls to get their faces painted & when she brought Madison back painted as a puppy dog, I LOVED it! I have never seen such a cute puppy dog in my life! Everyone else loved it too! I think Mackenzie was quite indecisive about what to have painted on her face...."I want a butterfly...no, a puppy dog...maybe lightning...no, I'll take the dragon." Well, okay then! That's a little random, but it was a cute dragon. =0) There were between 2,500 and 3,000 people there, which was GREAT, but a little crazy. I'm just glad we didn't lose one of the girls in the throngs of people. Uncle Clint & Abigail and Barbara and Alan were able to come as well. Between trying to keep up with everyone, working one of the Moon Bounces, and eating, I didn't really see a single car, but that was okay. It was such a fun night, shared with our immediate family & our church family. I left feeling very tired, and so blessed to be surrounded by such wonderful people in my life.

Who needs a real puppy dog when you can have a "fake" one this cute?! That tongue completely cracked me up! I'm usually really ready to wash their face paint off, but I was actually a little sad to see this one go...

Mackenzie had a lot of fun on the big ostacle course & loved having everyone watch her go down the big slide! Last year, she never would have done this. She's growing up too fast!

Who knew getting clean could be so much fun?! This was definitely a "Daddy's In Charge" bath night...when I do it, they don't have this much fun. Sad, but true! Madison has learned to put her mouth under the water and blow bubbles. She is really coming out of her shell. She talks (jabbers barely recognizable words, for the most part) all of the time, and her new favorite thing to say is "Why?" I didn't think that was supposed to start quite yet. Her response to almost everything I say to her is "Why? Why Mommy?" and if I don't answer her, she just keeps asking "Why?" until I pay attention to her! I see more of her Daddy in her every day...she is ornery to the core, but sweet as can be! I love the happy little smiles on these faces. Squeaky clean, and off to bed!
G-Ma takes us to see Disney on Ice at the OK State Fair every year & this time it was Toy Story. We even had front row seats, right in the center of the rink...it was perfect! (Except for worrying about the people sitting directly behind us, not being able to see.) It is always so fun when the characters first start coming out, to see how excited the girls get. Madison was SO excited to see Minnie Mouse! The highlight for me was definitely Barbie & Ken...so funny! I don't think it's possible to go to something like this, and not buy something...G-Ma bought the girls each a snow-cone in a Jessie cup during the Intermission. They were very cute...and very, very messy! It was extremely hot & I think half of the people in the state of Oklahoma were at the Fair on this day, so we didn't stay long after the Icecapades were over. In fact, it took us right at an hour to get out of the arena, walk to the nearest corn dog & cinnamon roll stand, and make our way to the car. Our corn dogs and cinnamon roll tasted much better in the air conditioned car at Sonic than it would have among the tens of thousands of people at the fair. Once again, it was a really fun Disney on Ice day! This is something we look forward to every year. And every year, I leave thinking, "I wonder what next year's theme will be!" Thanks, G-Ma, for taking us to the Icecapades!
They loved their snow-cones! I just think more of the snow cones landed in the floor, than in their mouths!
