📢 GoodNews Journey – January Update!

🔥 Big things are happening! Here’s how God is moving through GNJ:

✅ Foundation Built – Launched goodnewsjourney.org & created our vision guide.

✅ Speaking & Training – Traveled to churches, student ministries & jail and prison outreach events. (Many made professions of faith!). Led evangelism training in Ponca City, Enid & spoke at a church and Evangelism Lab in Los Angeles last week. 

✅ Financial Growth – Our first Vision Casting event at South Tulsa Baptist Church was a blessing! Praise the Lord! GNJ has received generous contributions and pledges, giving us a great start, and moving us closer to our goal. Two churches have committed to support us, with others considering. We’re grateful for God’s provision and your partnership! 

✅ Expanding Impact – Connecting with tons of ministry leaders, planning DNOW events, mission trips, & youth camps to equip students for evangelism!

🚀 February is packed with more speaking, training, & outreach! THANK YOU for your prayers & support. Your generosity is making an eternal difference!

UCO College Visit

I went with Mackenzie on a college visit to UCO today. She thought she might want to go there, because they have a great theater program. It was a good visit, but when we left, I could tell she didn't really love it. It's too big and too liberal, and just not the right fit for Mackenzie. I definitely would have loved her being right down the street and living at home though!

This is for sure a Kade smile! So beautiful!!

Jack's blonde hair is starting to darken up...boo...I wish it would stay this blonde forever!

Making Things "Official" Sweeney Todd Style

GMa took the girls to Dallas to watch Mackenzie's boyfriend in the musical Sweeney Todd. Yep, that's right--they are officially a "couple" as of this weekend! We are very happy that she is happy! I don't remember exactly why I couldn't go, but GMa saved the day and said she would take the girls...she's the best! She spoiled Madi with shopping and all kinds of good food, while Mackenzie spent time with Kade. As GMa likes to say, "they were happy as goats!" =0)))

Making memories these girls will never forget!

Jonah's Basketball Season

Here are some pictures from the remainder of Jonah's basketball season. These boys played hard and learned a lot this season, and even got a few wins! Really proud of Jonah! I say it often, but I have a love/hate thing with the sport of basketball. It's honestly just too intense and aggressive for me, and it stresses me out. Lol! But, if Jonah decides to keep playing basketball, I will always be his #1 fan! 

Jonah's basketball team won their first game (for most of these boys, the first game in 2 seasons) this week! Woohoo!!! I'm so sad that I missed it--I wasn't feeling well, so I decided to sit this one out. Wish I would have just pushed through it. After the game, the team went to Braums to celebrate! This was the first of two games they won this season! 

Jonah made such a great shot--it almost went in!

This was the worst game of the season--the other team was awful--kids, coaches and parents...it was bad.

Mother's Chapel

I always look forward to Mother's Chapel with my boys! This was my last one with Jonah...insert sad face emoji. I love the cards they made for me, and I was once again reminded that it's all about the food for Jonah! =0) I sure love being their Mom! My friend, Kelly, spoke at Chapel today and gave a great message about having an attitude of gratitude and keeping an eternal perspective. It was so good, and something I really needed to hear! 

Best ever! It looks like Jack has drawn a halo on his head...I'm pretty sure this was the week after he got sent to the Principal's office...the little angel! =0)))

I am admittedly not a very good cook...but it made me very happy to know that Jonah approves!

I'll take nice & cool...

Jack's Cuties

No doubt about it...Jack LOVES his sisters! Many times, he has put his arms around both of them like this and said, "Awwww, my CUTIES!!" =0))) LOL It really is just about the cutest thing ever! They kinda like him too! Madi always gives him lipstick kisses at basketball games. It's a shame he never gets any attention!
