April Misc.

Here is my "misc pics" post for April! The month of April went by in a blur, especially since we spent the first half of the month in Disney World mode. I always love these posts with random pic's, because this is just the every day stuff...not special events or holidays...just our day to day life! I'm pretty sure not a day goes by that I don't take at least a few pictures. I can't help it!
I found this in the girls' room. So sweet!
Mrs. Martin played a good April Fools joke on the kids & told them they were practicing for a flood drill.

I took the kids to get haircuts before Disney & the girls got a LOT of hair cut off. I didn't intend for it to be quite so short, but its cute & they like it...I know it will grow back soon enough!

Mr. Will is the only person who can cut Jonah's hair without him completely flipping out.
Now we're ready for Disney World!!
I had to throw this in there...the few days leading up to our trip were CRAZY...I did like 20 dozen Easter cookies, packed, and went to Newcastle for an egg hung...yep, crazy!
We were so happy to celebrate with the Romoser's at Jake & Rebecca's engagement party. Here we are waiting for them to get there. Mackenzie colored sweet pictures for them!
We love the Romoser's dearly & we're so excited for Jake & Rebecca!
Madison's declared that it was Pony's birthday...I think Pony has 3 or 4 birthdays a year!
She wrapped presents up for Pony and everything!
Beautiful hair, all around!
On our way back from Florida, we stopped and ate dinner at Cracker Barrel.
I'm so proud of Madison...she has been doing speech therapy to help with her "f" sounds and she's doing great!
"I like to eat (quesadillas)." I love to see how kids interpret the spelling of words. I was pretty impressed that she tackled such a big word!
I really don't know...I don't have a caption for this one...
I have made true Disney fanatics out of my kids...they are seeing Hidden Mickey's everywhere! I'm pretty sure it was Madison that looked down at the concrete and said, "Look Mommy! It's Mickey Mouse!"
Cheez-it's and marshmallows...a Baldwin tradition!
Shopping for patio furniture!
This "purse" is as big as she is! It's actually going to hold their stuffed animals. I've never seen anything like it...I bet we have over 200 stuffed animals in this house!
We enjoy having Tuesdays and Thursdays with our sweet Madi. I will definitely miss that time with her next year when she's in school every day.
Their imaginations amaze me! They hooked their Calico Critters babies onto this elephant and giraffe and they were going on a safari through the flower bed!
Spring choir party!
So the girls have started putting their school clothes on after we put them in bed at night. At first I didn't like it, but hey...it makes everything easier in the mornings! I'm not too sure this can be very comfortable though!
Getting them to go stay in their beds at night without getting up 14 times is a challenge right now!
Jonah likes hanging out at "Daddy's work!"
I will end with this one...I got this sweet text from our friend, Jamie. Very simply, it meant more to me than words can say!

Monorail

Oh, the monorail! Every morning, Jonah starts in asking for it...."monorail, monorail, monorail, mommy I want monorail, mommy, mommy, monorail, monorail, mommy." I have mixed feelings about the monorail at this point! I thought it would be like the best toy ever...and it is, BUT...Jonah doesn't understand that he can't carry it all over the house. He wants to play with it all of the time, but he doesn't want to leave it on the tracks and then it comes apart and he gets upset. We have had many meltdowns over the monorail! I'm thinking we might should've kept this $85 and been happy with the "baby monorail" that we paid $5 for! I'm pretty sure we have already lost a door and some of the tiny little characters that go in it. Oh, well! He really does love it, but I'm hoping he learns HOW to play with it better! And soon!
