1st Game of the Season

This was the first football game of the season for Madi to cheer, at Milwood. I love watching her cheer so much! Jack didn't understand why he couldn't go down there and cheer with her! He kept reaching his arms out towards her from the stands. We are excited about her second year as a cheerleader & we are very excited that Lori is coaching this year!
Just a few selfies before the game! =0)))

"I Like Pa's Bible"

Jonah didn't want to sing with the kids during church, so he went to connection group and service with me. I asked him where his Bible was, and he said "It's at home. I like Pa's Bible!" My Dad would absolutely love that Jonah takes his Bible to church with him! Jonah never got to meet my Dad, so I think it is so special that he loves this Bible so much.
Really wishing my dad, Mark, could have know my son, Jonah Mark. He would adore this little boy who is named after him!

National Son's Day

And since we celebrated "National Daughter's Day," of course there was also a "National Sons Day" a few days later!
"And she loved a little boy very, very much, even more than she loved herself..." x's 2

These boys have their Momma completely smitten!

National Daughter's Day

Apparently September 25th is "National Daughter's Day!"  Who knew?! I just saw everyone else posting on FB, so of course I jumped on board.
I celebrate these girls every single day & thank God for giving me two precious daughters! Oh how I love them!
I sure miss them being this little, but at the same time, I love the young ladies they are becoming!

Don't Blow Away, Jack!

Did you know a leaf blower has many functions, including baby entertainment?! This was the funniest, cutest thing ever!
Another day...just as funny!

Cow + Lake + 1st Happy Meal + 1st Kiss

Pawhuska is a cool place to visit, but besides going to the Merc, there's really not a lot to do there. We drove out to a lake somewhere close to Pawhuska on Wednesday afternoon and parked under a tree for a few hours. Jack took a nap and then we walked out onto a little dock and put his feet in the water, and Jack got to see a real live cow! He loved throwing rocks into the water. It was a very peaceful, relaxing afternoon.
Then we went back into town to the football field, where Brian was speaking at a See You at the Pole rally. What I will always remember the most about this is that Jack got his first McDonald's Happy Meal and his first kiss from a girl on that football field! Hahaha! There was a little girl about his same size & she kissed him right on the mouth. Who can blame her? He's a stud! =0)
Jack's 1st Happy Meal! He's a big fan of french fries and chicken nuggets!
And apple juice!
Jack loved running around on the football field!
The kisser! =0))))
