I always love the week between Christmas & New Years, because the craziness is over and its time to just relax and play with new toys! Brian gets this week off from work, so we get to just be together and spend time with our kids. It also usually results in cleaning out old toys to make room for new ones, because they won't all fit! I really want a new bedroom set, so we spent way more time than the kids liked, at furniture stores...all to change our minds and decide that what we have is just fine. On Saturday the 30th, the kids spent the night with G-Ma while Brian and I went to Philip and Claira's wedding in Tulsa. Then on New Year's Eve, Jamie and Taylor came to our house for dinner! We always love spending time with them! We ended 2017 on a good note, and are excited about beginning 2018 and see what all God has in store for us.
Oh yeah, and we took Charlie to the groomer. Apparently that's important enough for a picture!

I worked really hard on cleaning and organizing the kids rooms. I had to take a picture real fast when I was done, because goodness knows they didn't stay like this for long!
