Soakin' Up Summer

We love to go swimming at Leslie's pool! I took these pics the day we took Madi's friends out there to swim. A butterfly kept landing on Jonah, so he named it "Butter" and wanted to take it home with him. I reassured him he wanted to let the butterfly stay outside by the pool instead! 

It's so nice of Leslie to let us come swim anytime we want!

We stopped to get drinks to take to the pool. Blue slushy and blue gatorade for this blue loving boy!

Jack and I swam a little bit, and sat in the shade a lot! He is my fair-skinned buddy...afraid he is going to take after his momma and burn really easily. 

Hangin' With Friends

As soon as we got back from camp, the girls were ready to see their friends. We were originally planning to do a big pool party for Madison's (late) birthday in July, but I basically bribed her with $100 instead. Haha! And I told her she could have a "non-birthday" sleepover with a few friends. She was happy with that idea, and so was I! We took Albany, Olivia, Bailey & Maleah swimming at Leslie's & then back to our house to spend the night. They are sweet (LOUD) girls & I think they all had a very fun time! 

A few days after that, Madison went to Jadyn's scavenger hunt birthday party at Penn Square Mall. Jonah got to go over to Owen's house during the party, so he was very happy about that too!

The next day, Mackenzie's group of friends met for lunch at Panera Bread, to celebrate Grace finally get her own phone. =0) 

And finally, a week or so later, Mackenzie had a sleepover with Shelby and Sarah, where she was introduced to sushi! She loves it...who knew?! They had Starbucks, Sushi & Crumbl cookies...yes please!

So all that to say, we didn't waste any time getting back into the swing of things once we got home from camp. These kids' social calendars keep this Momma busy!

Camp Is Good, Camp Is Fun, Camp is DONE!

Yes! Yes, it is! Camp Is Good & Camp Is Fun! 

But by the time we have spent 10 weeks doing camp, we are really glad that

Camp is DONE!
