So Stinkin' Cute

Today was Mack's first day back to ELP, so I wanted to take a picture of her before we left. Well, it turned into the funniest thing...Madison has finally decided she will smile for pictures! She didn't want to be left out, so they each held a baby doll and put on smiles for the camera. I try to pick the best pictures and delete the rest, but I just couldn't get rid of any of these. They were all too cute! Madison just kept smiling and smiling...she's a little ham just like her big sister! Mackenzie was very excited to go back to school! I can't believe how much she has grown since she started in August. Time flies way too fast.

On the way to school I asked her if she wanted to go to ELP next year and she said, "Well, I will go when I am 5, but not when I'm 21." That was so random...not sure where that came from, but it made sense to her. You just never know what she's going to say. When I picked her up from school she told me that she and Bella were pretending to be dead on the playground. I asked her why they were doing this and she said, "Because it was SO fun! We were just closing our eyes." Should I be concerned about this? We are going to be talking about it a little more, I think. She is really starting to register that Jesus died on the cross. The other night, when I read Bible stories to her, that's what she wanted to read about. When I asked her if she knew why Jesus died on the cross, she said, "For our sins." It is amazing that she is already starting to grasp that.

Precious Girl! Madison wanted to make sure she was having her picture taken! She kept standing right in front of the camera! I'm glad she finally wants to cooperate.
