After our late breakfast at Chef Mickey's, we hopped on the monorail and stopped at the Grand Floridian to see the Disney Easter eggs. They were incredible & I'm so glad we got to see them. Jonah LOVED the monorail and I think he thought it was the best ride of the whole trip! Every single time he saw it, he would get so excited and say "choo-choo" "choo-choo" "choo-choo!" The girls worked hard to teach him the difference in a train and the monorail!
After our monorail adventure, we drove back to Caribbean Beach and got settled in. Our first stop was to the gift shop for mouse ears. Mackenzie's choice of hats to try on was both hilarious & so typical...I would expect nothing less from that crazy, fun girl! And Madison chose the sweetest pair of ears she could find, put them on and didn't want/need to try anymore on! I tried to get Jonah to pick a traditional pair of black Mickey ears, but once he spotted the Woody ears, nothing else would do! I'm so glad that he chose those, because he looked so cute in his ears all week.
I decided to do this photo mat thing for autographs this time instead of using an autograph book. It was a bit of a pain carrying the photo mats around, but it was so worth it because they turned out so cute.
We started out our married life in Orlando on our honeymoon & have loved it ever since!
Silly girls!
Here are the Easter eggs at the Grand Floridian. We got there the day before they went away. Disney does everything over the top excellent!
Next Stop...Mickey Ears!
Mackenzie's "ear" selections!
Bahaha!
And this is what she ended up with...such a grown-up choice!
These were just right for sweet Madison!
Now we were officially ready for the week!
