Madison's first day back to ELP after our vacation was the day of the Christmas Praise program. Which meant she missed every single practice. Her class was doing sign language to Silent Night, so while we were gone we found the motions on a YouTube video and tried to teach her. Well, apparently there is more than one version of how to sign Silent Night...I was absolutely amazed that she learned the "right" way during the practice they did at school that day before the performance. She sang and did motions to all of the songs incredibly well with no practice! Aunt Barbara & Uncle Alan came to watch the program and we were so glad they were there. I didn't get very good pictures during the program, but one of the other moms took some and shared them with me. =0)
Such a sweet group of kids! Madison has been in class with some of these boys and girls for 3 years now.
Silent Night...so precious!
Ms. Nancy & Ms. Hillary doing the "Goodbye Song" at the end of the day. Ms. Hillary is moving to OKC after the first of the year, and I know Madison will miss her very much. She has been a wonderful teacher this year.
Here are video's of most of the songs they sang. (Our video camera wasn't working, so this is all we had!)
