After the tear down/clean up (strike) was all done Saturday night after the performance, the cast went to eat at the Mexican restaurant by the school. It was very late by the time we got over there, so Brian took the other kids home and I just went with Mackenzie. She was very excited to receive the Best Supporting Actress award this year, and it was very well-deserved! The awards this year were snowflake pillows that everyone signed. Such a fun keepsake! I can hardly stand the thought that this was Mackenzie's last CHA musical...next year, they will be doing a play instead of a musical because they rotate every other year. So sad about that...but what can you do? This was a fun one to go out on, I suppose, and I will always be so grateful that Mackenzie got to be in Frozen, Little Women, and Beauty & the Beast at CHA during her Secondary years!
