After the Polar Express train ride, we went back to our hotel and the girls were begging to go swimming. It was freezing cold outside and the water in the pool wasn't all that warm, but there was no turning them down, so off we went. They loved it and did just fine on their own, so Daddy didn't even have to get in with them. He was pretty sad about that! Before we went to the pool, I let them each open an "early Christmas present." It was really just new hats, scarves, and gloves to have for Silver Dollar City the next day. They looked cute in their bathing suits and warm winter gear!
