On Monday, after our fun Christmas weekend at G-Ma's house, I had a hair appointment and G-Ma took the girls for a pedi/mani! (Yes, we know we are very spoiled!) These girls will always remember how their G-Ma took them to do this! They all 3 got fancy snowflake designs on their big toes. I was a little jealous that I missed out on this fun! But I desperately needed to have my hair done, so it was a win-win for me.
I have such very mixed emotions when looking at these pictures. What we didn't know then, was that at this very time, my Aunt Gala was stepping into heaven. I will write more about that in another post, but it was a very sad, tragic day for our family.
