During the last few weeks of school, I kept thinking "I can't wait for summer, so things will slow down and we can relax..." Then summer came, and I remembered that is not our reality at all! Haha! It has been nonstop going--busy constantly--since the day we got out of school. For the most part it has been good though, so I can't complain! I guess I will rest when the kids go back to school. Lol! I'm realizing more and more that our summers are anything but normal and boring.

Our big boy is 2!! We had fun celebrating Jack's 2nd Birthday. Time flies!
We went out to Leslie's for a quick swim & dinner on Father's Day. We also had to get everyone ready for camp the next day, so we couldn't stay very long.

Yea for spray tans & good friends! Kayla and I went to get spray tans together a few times this summer. She actually treated me to that for my birthday...so sweet! I have enjoyed wearing shorts this summer, because I feel more comfortable with a spray tan.

I was trying to get ready for Jack's birthday party & the sink started leaking everywhere. BIG mess, but Brian fixed it the next day & now under my sink is all clean and organized!
Aunt Barbara got Jack this cocomelon toy for his birthday. He's never seen Cocomelon, but he LOVES this toy!

We have been on the fence about taking the girls to NYC at the end of the summer. We finally decided to just bite the bullet & do it. YOLO!

The night before Jack turned two...there's always something sad about knowing when they wake up, they'll be a year older.
