Wednesday night was Ugly Christmas sweater night at EFBC and also at FBBA. Jonah had talked nonstop about this for weeks and was so excited about it! For the 2nd year in a row, Mackenzie won the ugly sweater contest in youth & she got a $25 gift card. She took it to the next level with the wreath around her neck, haha! Jonah also won a prize...chocolate candy...which he asked to switch out for a stuffed animal. =0) Good move! Mackenzie helped lead worship with the praise team on this night, and then they had a cookie decorating contest. The kids decorated gingerbread houses & let me tell ya...it was a mess! But they had a blast! Jonah loves going to kids church on Sundays and Wednesdays...I'm so glad! And I can't forget to add that Daddy won the ugly sweater contest at work this year...I mean, I think it was well deserved! =0)
