Here are some misc. pics and videos from May. May was a very busy, hard, somewhat stressful and abnormal month for us, but it was good. I really tried to make the most of each day and enjoy our time together, regardless of how crazy things were for us. We spent the first 9 days of the month moving out of our house that we loved so much, which was emotionally and physically exhausting for us. Then we spent the middle of May getting used to being "homeless" and settling into the Steen's house, while doing all of the busy end of school activities. We finished May at Lake Eufaula over Memorial Day weekend and then ran full force into summer activities! Sometimes these random pictures of things that we snap with our phone cameras are the most fun to look at. They aren't from big events, but are just from our every day life.
Jonah loved chasing the bubbles at the Preschool play day at church. G-Ma took the kids...I don't remember where Brian and I were or what we were doing, but I'm sure it was something important!
These girls are the sweetest friends...this little chant from Sofia the First has become their motto!
"Like four birdies in a nest, Four friends are the very best!"
I have been working with Madison on learning the sounds of the alphabet. Jonah "helps" her!
Pretty girls! We are going to miss our friends from ELP next year!
Brian picked the girls up from school and took them to QT for a snack!
Jonah is our little nail biter. I hate it that he does this, because it's no ones fault but my own.
Monkey see, Monkey do...
He may look cute, but this was in the middle of a fit. When he isn't happy about something, he just flings himself down in the floor.
G-Ma and I took Jonah to Mr. Wil for a hair cut and he did much better this time. He didn't cry the whole time!
Handsome like Daddy!
This face...
We went to our cousin Jake's graduation lunch at Joe's Crab Shack. We are so proud of him!
May was full of going to Graduations and Graduation parties. On our way back from the Shaw Reunion, we stopped by the Pearson's for Anna's graduation party. The girls drew these pictures for Anna! Mackenzie's was a swan lake picture, because that is the song she danced to when she did ballet camp with Anna last summer.
At the Senior breakfast at BBDII, Madison got the cutest Minnie Mouse pancake.
All of the Seniors fill out cards for Brian to read during the service on Sr. Sunday. Mackenzie wanted to fill out her own card! Daddy helped her with the future plans part...TCC sounds good to me!
Brian and I went to Josiah's graduation from Broken Arrow at the BOK center downtown, while the kids stayed with Jeff and Debbie. I have never seen so many graduates in my life!
We stopped for an after school treat one day. We were all very ready for school to be out!
He was too sleepy to even eat his sucker!
Cuddles with my little Superman!
We were invited to Chandler & Savanah's birthday party at BounceU. Jonah loved going down this slide and wanted to do it over and over.
Sweet, sweet feet!
Jonah is a good kiss blower!
This chair that Grandma Baldwin has is just his size! It's really made for a little doll or teddy bear, but he thinks its for him!
We found this puzzle that used to be mine when I was a teenager at the lake over Memorial Day. Mackenzie loves puzzles and we had fun putting it together!
Madison and Daddy made a day trip back to Tulsa to get his tooth fixed at the dentist and to go to her tball party at Hideaway. They made a quick stop at the church and Madison found her a comfy spot on the couch in Karen's office. It looks like she was definitely making herself at home!
Madison & her friend, Madeline in Sunday School.
