Jonah's Kindergarten class went on a field trip to the fire station right behind the school. We just walked right there, and thankfully it wasn't far because the wind was so freezing cold. **So. Over. Winter. We all brought goodies to give to the firemen and they showed us around the new firehouse & let the kids walk through a fire engine! The best part of the morning was when they turned the siren on for the kids and it startled Jonah so badly that he fell right to the ground! The Q&A time was pretty funny too...I think 5 kids asked the fireman the same question. Jonah raised his hand and asked a question about what to do if there's fire outside your door and you can't get out the window either. The fireman told him to stay low to the ground and wait for a fireman to come help. The kids all got hats & sticker badges before walking back to their classroom. We were planning to have a picnic outside, but it was so chilly that we ate in the classroom instead. Another fun Kindy field trip!

Yummy treats!
The sirens were so loud that Jonah fell right to the ground! So funny!
This little red and black jacket is Jonah's favorite! He's really almost outgrown it, but I'm going to keep it forever!
