Just Be Held

Just when I felt like my world was falling apart, and I didn't know what to do or how to fix it, God used this song to speak straight to my heart. Everything about it is exactly what I was feeling in the moment I heard it. I do feel like life has hit me out of nowhere these past 6 months & has barely left me hanging on. My favorite line of this song is this..."Your world's not falling apart, it's falling into place." I'm thankful to know that "not a tear is wasted" (because there have been MANY of them) and I hope that in time I will understand why things have happened the way they have. This song washed over me like ice cold water on a hot day...I desperately needed these words from the Lord and wept as I took them in. Because of this, I have been able to "lay it down and let it go." And indeed...there is freedom in surrender. Thank you, Jesus!
