Chickasha Festival of Lights

Some things are worth freezing for! I took a much needed break from decorating cookies tonight and we loaded up and went to dinner at Cracker Barrel and then to see the lights in Chickasha. The way Christmas Break fell this year, we had a whole week out of school before Christmas, which was so nice. The Festival of Lights in Chickasha has always been a favorite Christmas tradition, but it has been several years since we have been. It was FREEZING cold, but we still had so much fun and we made the sweetest memories. Jack's favorite part was a toss-up between the carousel with Mackenzie and the camel ride with Momma and Jonah. He actually had a fall down fit when we got off the camel! Mackenzie really wanted to go ice skating, but there were a ton of people there and we were actually about to freeze to death, so we skipped out on that this time. I think this is a tradition that we should bring back though, and next year I will try to plan it earlier in the season on a night that hopefully is a bit warmer. I love this place & I LOVE my people!
LOVEEEEEE
COMPLETE FIT when it was time to get off the camel!
