I love the month of December...and I'm also always kind of relieved when it comes to an end. It is nonstop busy, with so many cookie orders, school activities and parties, basketball games/cheering, homework/finals, shopping and getting ready for Christmas, family gatherings, and everything in between! I love the excitement and anticipation that December brings, and I absolutely LOVE having my house decorated for Christmas!

We drove by and saw Brian's old house in Carr Addition while we were in Newcastle for Christmas. So many memories here!

When I first found out I was pregnant with Jack, I worried so much about the age difference between him and the "big kids." That was a waste of time...they absolutely love him & he thinks they all hung the moon! It is such a joy to watch them together!

We went to the Baldwin Christmas party at Mark & Donna's this year. It has been several years since we have gone. It was a very small crowd, and we didn't stay very long, but it was good to see family that we haven't seen in a while.
Dec 20th and I finally got some presents wrapped and under the tree...I stay so busy with cookies in December, that some things just have to wait until the last minute!
I forget what they went to see, but I'm guessing it was either something to do with Avengers or Star Wars!

Just a little Christmas Eve cruisin' in the neighborhood and backyard in the Batmobile. The weather was amazing!
When we came home from GMa's on Christmas Eve, there was a bag with this puzzle in it, hanging on our front door. There was no picture or note, so we put it together not knowing what it was or who it was from, for the longest time. I knew this could only be from one of two people : Jamie or Des. I texted them both & our conversation was pretty funny! I'm not sure what possessed Jamie to do this, but I will treasure it always...on a shelf in the back of my closet! Ha!
Look at these drawings Jonah recently did when he was staying with GMa. I was amazed! He's becoming quite the little artist!
