August Misc

August was mostly spent settling back into the swing of things at home and getting ready for school to start. Lots of back to school shopping, trying to clean & organize at home, meeting our new teachers & starting school, celebrating Jonah's birthday...just to name some of the big things.  

Here are some random pics from August.

We got to have lunch with Aunt Amy, Bailey & Cole at Chili's one day...so fun to see them!

This is how we all felt after shopping for clothes and school supplies for HOURS...

They literally all fell asleep on the way home! 

I'm not exactly sure what they were making, but I love it when they use their creativity and make things like this! 

Wow...this pictures reminds me how much work getting ready to go back to school is...this is all of the stuff we had to take to school with us on meet the teacher day. One thing I do miss about OCS is just paying a supply fee & not having to buy our own school supplies. The kids would probably say its fun shopping for them, but I disagree! 

Wow...glory be...we actually found a skirt that she likes! This girl makes shopping for school clothes way, WAY harder than it has to be. 

Having lunch with Grandma Baldwin at Tazikis one day, to celebrate her birthday. We love her & are so thankful to have her in our lives!

Can't let August 14th go by without remembering my Dad...8 years...wow...

Another TimeHop memory that I love....this was at Kala & Dylan's wedding. I just love this picture! 

Madison was invited to a 5th grade swim party at her friend, Sarah's house on Friday night. She went home from school and to the party with Madelyn and then I picked her up later that evening. I sure love that she has this sweet group of friends!

For some reason, he thinks this is actually fun right now! I'm going to show him this picture in a few years when he is complaining about doing chores!
