Time to Party: Toy Story Style

Our Toy Story loving boy is SEVEN!! Oh how we love him!
This was such a fun & easy party to decorate and prepare for...we already had most of the Toy Story characters to use for decorations! Days like this, when all of our family gathers at our house, are my favorites! I know I probably say this on every birthday post, but our kids are blessed beyond measure (and yes, somewhat spoiled) to have so many people who love & celebrate them.
Looking back now, several months later as we are planning for the arrival of our new baby, what we didn't know at the time of this party was that this was the last birthday Jonah would have as "the baby" of the family...on his next birthday, he will be a BIG brother!! And I know he is going to be so great in that role! No matter what though, Jonah will always be momma's baby, even when he's 25!
Jonah got so many fun gifts...one of the favorites for sure was the cowboy get-up G-Ma got for him...he is really into cowboy stuff these days.
Make a wish, sweet boy!
My new favorites! (But So. Much. Work.)
Making cupcakes is so much easier than making a cake!

The birthday blessing/prayer...my favorite birthday tradition at all of our parties! It's important to us, that we take time to thank God for the gift of our children, and to pray his protection and hand upon them for the coming year.
That precious smile...
Check out that hat!
Stinkin' cute!
How fun is this envelope that Aunt Barbara made...she is always doing special little things like this for the kids' birthdays!
Jonah has outgrown his old bike, so we got him a new one for his birthday!
How cute are these sweet cousins?!
My whole heart...
