In keeping with tradition, Madison had her 5th birthday party at My Little Dollhouse, just like Mackenzie did when she turned 5. There is no better place for a little girl's birthday party, if you ask me! They have their hair, makeup and fingernails done, get to dress up in as many different costumes as they want, have a dance party, fashion show, jump in a moon bounce, play in a glow in the dark room, and even more! We have been to several birthday parties there and it is fun and exciting every time! Madison celebrated her birthday with 13 sweet little friends. I made Olaf cookies and blue jello "ice cubes" for snacks. I am a firm believer in celebrating birthdays in a big way! Why not?! You only get to be 5 once, right?!
I loved that we had a real picture of Madison with Elsa and Ann that we took at Disney World to use for her invitations! That's pretty special!
I made these little snowman kits with marshmallows, pretzels and m&m's, tied with Frozen rings for party favors. So fun!
G-Ma bought this awesome life-size cut out of Elsa and Anna for the party. Everyone loved it! Katelyn and Madi are the sweetest friends. Regardless of their age difference, they love each other!
Madison and her BFF, Lucy! They are two peas in a pod!
Madi with her friends Julia and Madison.
Mackenzie ran around with this eye patch and said she was a Pirate Princess the whole time.
Love you forever!
Each of the girls got to take a balloon home with them.
Madison & Julia were matching and looking beautiful in their sparkly "Elsa" dresses and lei's!
Madison had three girls working on her at once...I think she felt pretty special!
I was so impressed by how they made her hair look like a bow! It didn't stay in long because there was a lot of running and jumping around, but it was so pretty!
Beautiful Birthday Princess!
Poor Jonah was totally outnumbered and had no choice but to play tea party with G-Ma!
He looks a little embarrassed, like he got caught playing girly stuff!
Madison and her sweet friend, Claire.
Jonah was very interested in the dance party, but he stayed on the floor where he was safe from the girls!
The fashion show is always my favorite part! The girls are announced and come out one at a time, ending with a drumroll as the birthday girl walks out. Madison was a little bit shy and embarrassed I could tell, but she did great!
Beautiful Princesses!
Madison & Isabelle
Madison & her friend, Madelyn from ELP.
Two Madison's!
Our sweet friends, Bella & Gianna.
Jonah was probably thinking, "Why am I the only boy at the party?"
Madison & Lucy!
Madison and her friend Emma, from ELP.
3 sets of Sisters...
Madison & her friend Savanah.
Jonah finally had all of the "girly-ness" he could take! He and G-Ma totally matched!
Here are some video's from the party...
Here are a few of Madison's cards! I love homemade birthday cards...they're the best!
