G-Ma spent the weekend at our house, helping me decorate cookies. Then, on Monday afternoon we all headed back to Newcastle to spend a few days while Daddy was in Guatemala. I LOVE this picture of G-Ma with all three of her grandbabies. She says often that they are the "light of her life." She has been through so much, and is still the strongest person I know. I am so very, very thankful for her. It is obvious by the looks on all three of the kids' faces that they adore her.
When G-Ma got home from work on Tuesday, she had Valentine's presents for the kids. To say that she spoils them is an understatement! (But I wouldn't want it any other way!) The girls helped Jonah open his present first...he got a new whale blanket & some yummy baby food and a new plate. All was well until the girls tore into their tissue paper...it scared Jonah to pieces and he started wailing. Poor little guy...that tissue paper is scary stuff! The girls both got new nightgowns, coloring books, markers, and a new DVD.
