In a very smart attempt to get out of going to sleep, the girls escaped their beds & came into the living room wrapped in their blanket (Mack) and pillowcase (Madison), and said, "Look Mommy & Daddy...we are Mary & Joseph and this is baby Jesus!" I guess they were laying in bed thinking of a way to get out of bed, without getting into trouble. I have to give them credit...this was a pretty great idea! How in the world were we supposed to get onto them?! So incredibly cute & funny! I love that in all of the Christmas craziness, they were thinking about baby Jesus being born. God must surely smile down on moments like this!
