After changing our minds many times, we ended up with a bumblebee, a monkey and a "blue aqua butterfly fairy" for Halloween this year. We spent over an hour one day at Party City trying to make up our minds! I was trying to steer them away from Disney characters this year since I knew they would be wearing their Princess dresses at Disney World. I originally bought Jonah a Mickey Mouse costume that was so cute, but he completely freaked out every time I tried to put it on him so I had to take it back. Then I found the cutest little puppy dog costume, but he didn't like that one either. Finally, a day or two before Halloween I went back to Party City and got this monkey. He liked the banana, so that was the deciding factor! Madison started to be Strawberry Shortcake, but changed her mind when she saw this bumblebee costume. I think this bumblebee should go down in history for the cutest Halloween costume EVER! Seriously!! I had so much fun getting the girls all ready. Poor Madi came home from school with a little fever and wasn't feeling well at all. She tends to do that occasionally, so I gave her some Tylenol and she perked up. I didn't want her to miss out on all of the fun. We got ready and took pictures before trick-or-treating at Aunt B's and Noah's Ark at the church. What a fun, busy, crazy day...we were all exhausted by the time it was over!

Poppa Jim and G-Ma got there just in time to take pic's before we headed to Aunt Barbara's house and Noah's Ark. I am so very, very thankful that Poppa Jim gets to be a part of my kids lives. Grandma Jean would like that very much! How I miss her and wish she were here to love on my babies!
G-Ma came dressed in her hippy costume that she wore to school for Halloween. She is one cool Grandma, that's for sure!
Grandma & Grandpa Baldwin also came by to see the kids and take pictures! They love their Grandkids so much that they drove from house to house, seeing all of them in their Halloween costumes...even to Blanchard to see little Olivia!
I look tired and old in this picture. Oh well!

Not to be depressing, but as I am sitting here blogging about this, all I can think is how badly I wish my Dad were here. Sometimes I miss him so bad it physically hurts. He would probably have called Madison a ladybug and Mackenzie a bluebird or something like that, just to irritate them and make them say, "Paaaaaa!". =0)
