I took Mackenzie to a Pediatric Cardiologist to have her heart checked out, because of the health issues she's been having. They ran an EKG and did an ultrasound of her heart, and both of those tests came back normal. Praise the Lord! I am so thankful that whatever this is, is not a major heart problem. The doctor said it sounds like she has something called Precordial Catch Syndrome, which can cause pain and shortness of breath in her chest. We still really don't know what is going on, but we have ruled out anything seriously wrong with her lungs or heart, so that is very good. We are hopeful that with time, it will just go away. How fun are these heart glasses they gave her!
