Every year for the basketball homecoming pep assembly, the cheerleaders get to do a co-ed cheer with the boys. Mackenzie was very excited-and a little nervous-about this, because it was her first time to be a cheerleader and not the mascot. She actually did a little of both, just putting on the helmet for part of the cheer. The whole thing was so fun to watch!
At the basketball games, she was Cru for a little while, and then she changed back into her cheer uniform and cheered on the sidelines. I was impressed that she knew those cheers, considering she hasn't really been doing them all year!
