Madison is doing amazing in 3rd grade! She adores Mrs. Van Curen & I think that feeling is mutual! She even invited Mrs. Van Curen over to our house to see her stuffed animals, and I'm pretty sure she's going to try to come over sometime soon. What an amazing teacher!
Madison continues to make us proud by having the sweetest heart, being willing to help (most of the time) when it is asked of her, and working hard at school!
Here are some things she's done recently at school or at home. I absolutely love reading the things she writes to people. She has a way with words! Can't wait to see what God does with her life!
Madison ended the second 9 weeks with excellent grades again! So proud of her!
In 3rd grade, there are several big book report projects. This Bookworm project was a lot of work, but just look how cute it is! Madison did an amazing job on it!
Here she was practicing her presentation of the book report for some of her favorite friends! This girl LOVES her stuffed animals!
For their Thanksgiving party, the 3rd grade had a Peanuts/Charlie Brown day. Madison was adamant that she wanted to wear something Peanuts themed, but all we could find was Christmas pj's. She went ahead and wore them, but I think was a little embarrassed later, because she was the only one in pj's...and on top of that they were Christmas pj's. I felt really bad about this!! She looked as cute as ever though!
Book Report #2 was a sandwich report. These book reports were so cute & fun! But a LOT of work! Did I mention that? Haha! And again, Madison chose a book about dogs!
