Homecoming

Here are some fun pics from the Homecoming football game. I think this was Mackenzie's first game to mascot, if I'm remembering right. I can't imagine what it will be like next year without her on the sidelines. So glad Madi has a few more years, because I'm not ready for this cheer thing to end. Yes, it is a lot of time, money, effort...but it is worth it! 

Homecoming Pep Assembly

This was the busiest week, full of cheer--we had Regionals the Saturday before, then homecoming week with the pep assembly and football game, followed by State the following Saturday morning. Here are some pictures and videos from the pep assembly! I love how Mackenzie has the best time and isn't afraid to just be herself in the mascot suit! Makes me smile! It takes a lot of courage to get out there and dance around as the mascot...she just genuinely does not care what people think about it. She loves it and I love her! And Madi is just the most natural little cheerleader. You can tell she loves it and she has the best facials! I love her too!

Mackenzie loves this part of being the mascot! I could totally see her working at Disney as a character someday!

Jack's Fire Station Field Trip

Jack's PreK class went on their first field trip to the fire station! This was during Jack's tummy troubles, but we really didn't want him to miss this, so Daddy went with him just long enough to walk to the fire station. I'm so glad Brian got to be there with him for this! He even took Jack back to the fire station on their way out of school to take a few pictures in his fireman costume!
