June Misc

June FLEW by...we were so busy, I don't think I ever even had time to catch my breathe. That's just kind of how our summers are though. We go straight from one thing to the next. Throwing cheer into the mix this year made things even busier. We cherish the time we have together at home on the weekends in between camp, which isn't much. As hard as it can be, I love our beautiful, fast-paced, sometimes chaotic life, and I wouldn't change it for anything! Trying to soak it all up, because I know one day, far too soon, our kids will be grown and our pace will slow way down. Thankful for this crazy season we are in!
Jonah had a scary bump on his head at the beginning of the summer. I spent a few sleepless nights worrying over it, then I took him to see our Pediatrician. He said it was an infected lymph node, and he gave him a 10 day antibiotic. Thankfully, that fixed him right up! So thankful that God answered our prayers and it wasn't anything major. Love this boy so, so, so much!
Wasn't it just yesterday that he was laying in my lap like this?!
Grandma Baldwin took us to Neighborhood Jam for our birthdays!
I let Jack look at toys to get some birthday ideas one day, and he didn't understand why he couldn't take these cars home that day.
There was a bit of a meltdown, and I don't remember which one of the kids took this picture, but I was at the end of my rope at this point!
This popped up on TimeHop and it made me think I am definitely not as fun as I was 10 years ago!
Another fun throw-back that I just love!
Playing at home!
Jack is very into "snoring" these days!
And sometimes he has complete fits in his carseat!
A friend posted this pic on FB...that was a few years ago!
Mackenzie is the BEST!! She put Jack's bicycle together for me in no time!
It's really hard when you have to look at your presents, but have to wait until your birthday party to open them! =0)
Resting up for his birthday party later that evening! This 2 year old will wake up a 3 year old tomorrow.
I think surely Daddy must have been responsible for this trick!
Life with big sisters...
Look at this cutie!
Mackenzie celebrated Shelby's 16th birthday at Inspirations Tea Room at the beginning of the month!
GMa and I drove down to Dallas to get the girls from cheer camp. Jack had my phone watching a show, and I guess he decided to take some pics!
He also really wanted to "sit by your lap" and he was relentless about it!
Hotel fun!
Look at him sleeping like a king in that comfy hotel bed! Right in the MIDDLE, just where he wants to always be!
Well rested & ready to go see the girls at cheer camp!

Camp with South Tulsa

South Tulsa always comes to camp Week 3, and the girls went as campers with them again this year. Madi actually wasn't signed up, but a few days into camp they graciously let her jump in and stay with them the rest of the week. Its always so much fun to spend time with the Easterwoods, and this year Connie came! I didn't get to spend as much time with her as I had hoped, but it was still fun that she was there. I always love spending time with my friend Jennifer during camp too! When STBC is there, it always brings back so many memories of the years we spent with them at Falls Creek. Some of our best, and worst, times in ministry, happened at Falls Creek with STBC.
The girls had a great week, but they were definitely wearing down by the end of it...after cheer camp, Super Summer/VBS, and then this week of Falls Creek with STBC...we were all ready for things to slow down!
Thankful our girls get to make these memories together! I can't believe this is Katelyn's last year of FC!
Loved their Top Gun theme!
STBC does a foot washing service for the Seniors on Thursday night of camp. It is a sweet, but emotional, time of prayer for them.
Word!
I love them!
