Happy Birthday G-Ma!

We celebrated G-Ma's birthday at Hideaway Pizza after church on Sunday! We are so unbelievably blessed that she is ours! She is the best Mom, G-Ma, Mother-in-law, friend...yes, we are blessed indeed! The kids were so excited to make her cupcakes all by themselves. I also took them to Hobby Lobby and let them pick out their own gifts for G-Ma. They loved that and so did she! They pretty much adore her as much as she does them!

Snow Day #2

And THIS is why I love snow days so much!! Lots of cuddles, yummy food, watching movies, playing games...I just love being stuck at home with my favorites!

An Ice Day Outing

Well, it was not a very normal week...out for Presidents Day Monday, in school Tuesday, "snow (ice) day" Wednesday and Thursday, and back in school for Friday. Checked them out early on Tuesday because of weather and on Friday for CHA testing...so very short week! 

We were going a little stir-crazy on one of our "snow days," so I decided to take the kids to Build-a-Bear to spend their gift cards they got from G-Ma for Valentine's Day. It was all good and fine, until it was time to drive home. The roads were so slick and it took FOREVER... I was so thankful when we pulled safely back into our garage! (After 5 or 6 attempts at getting up the driveway!)

Have I mentioned how much I love Snow Days?! They are so fun!
