One day during the week we spent at G-Ma's house, we decided to make a quick trip to Pops on Route 66. We were going to eat there, but we slept in and were lazy, so by the time we got there, it was crazy crowded and we didn't have enough time to eat. We had to be back to Newcastle by 2:00 so Mackenzie could do a painting class we had signed up for. It ended up being better this way anyway...we all picked out some bottles of soda & G-Ma got the kids some keychains, then we took some cute pics before leaving. I've been wanting to go to Pops for a long time, and I'm so glad we did. We had just enough time to eat lunch at Smashburger on our way back. Next time we'll have to plan better & eat lunch there!
G-Ma also got the girls these insulated bottle holders...they NEEDED them, of course!
Mack picked Root Beer!
Madison got a peach soda pop, because it was pretty!
Getting this picture was much more difficult than it looks! Jonah kept running off!
