This picture cracks me up! I honestly did not tell her to pose, or anything...she just did this on her own. I think she's been around teenagers too much...look at that attitude! Mackenzie is loving her Pre-K class. She is very happy that Josie, Bella, Brooklyn, and Emily, all friends from last year, are in her class again this year. We have also talked about how she needs to make new friends, as well. She has mentioned a boy named Weston several times, and today she told me that she held his hand during "Red Light, Green Light." She got all shy about it, and had this cute little grin on her face...I'm thinking she may have a crush on Weston! She also told me on the way home from school today that she and Weston played Superman & Supergirl on the playground today...we're gonna have to see who this Weston fellow is! =0) She was also super excited to see Aiden at choir Wednesday night, and she told me about Ryan chasing her on the playground today...I think she's going to be a little boy crazy!She had to do an "All About Me" poster for a Homework assignment & I loved some of her responses:

On the picture of her name, she drew bunk beds, because she and Madi got new beds. She did a pretty good job! I could tell exactly what it was when she showed it to me. 
I love how she has the proportions pretty much right on!
It is going to be a great year of Pre-K at ELP!
