On Thursday morning, the girls had a quick practice and then we went to Disney Springs for lunch and a few hours of shopping. It was a little rainy, but we had a great time! I was very happy to finally have a chance to get cookies at Gideon's! They didn't disappoint! I do have to say--I was in Orlando for 5 days, and this was the only "Disney" thing we did...it was almost painful! =0) We ate lunch at Earl of Sandwich and did a little shopping, and then it was time to head back to the Rosen Shingle Creek resort. Vicki had a rental car, so Kayla and I were able to ride with her. Some of the girls were involved in the stunt competition that afternoon, but Mackenzie wasn't part of that, so I spent some time reading. The girls practiced some more that evening and we ate dinner at the resort. The next few days were their competition days, so this was kind of the calm before the storm.

The view from our room! We were supposed to have 2 Queen beds, but ended up in a King room, so we were nice and cozy. Haha! We just put pillows down the middle of the bed and never even felt like we were sharing a bed.
