This was our 5th year to be a part of the Strickland's egg hunt. Mackenzie was just 18 months old the first year we went. We look forward to this every year...everyone brings food & we have lunch before hunting eggs. Connie always has a chocolate fountain & the kids go crazy over it. Madison won the prize for messiest chocolate face this year! While some of the adults hide the eggs, the kids play in the backyard on the swings, slide & trampoline. Then we herd them all to the front porch for a picture. Getting them to all sit/stand there and smile is hard when they are so anxious to take off after those eggs! There weren't quite as many kids this year, and I think there were twice as many eggs as usual...which meant we came home with loads and loads of candy! After the egg hunt, we went back to G-Ma's house & loaded up our stuff to head back to Tulsa.

I have really never seen so much Easter candy...we went home with two big baggies full of candy!
