It was so strange how fast the ice storm and freezing weather came and went...by Friday we were outside working on clean up. The kids were less than thrilled, but they worked hard! Well, Mackenzie and Jonah worked hard outside with me and Daddy, and we let Madison stay inside with Jack because we knew that's where she would complain the least. Hahaha!
And this is why she had the job of babysitting! =0)
I was very nervous that someone was going to get hurt in the process of getting this tree down, but Brian did a great job!
Round 2 of Clean Up:
On November 7th we finished clean-up and got all of our limbs to the curb. Pick up started November 8th, but our tree limbs weren't picked up until the middle of December.
We were really glad when these huge piles of tree limbs were finally picked up out of our neighborhood!
Jack was a big helper too!
