Dec Misc

December was a whirlwind! So many fun things going on, to the point that it was overwhelming and exhausting. I found myself just looking forward to January several times, but then I had to stop and remember to soak it all in and enjoy every day!

Mackenzie had to do a Home Study project, which turned into a LOT of work...but it turned out so great & I know we will always cherish it!
This is totally me! I can scroll through my phone like a boss, for sure!
Mackenzie was invited to Lizzie's birthday sleepover & she had so much fun! Lizzie has two guinea pigs, so that only added more determination to Madison's plea for a guinea pig. Ugh!!
So sweet!
We had a late Thanksgiving at G-Ma's house the first weekend in December. Carver and his friend Toby were taking a rest with Mackenzie on G-Ma's bed!
The first annual Thanksgiving talent show was hilarious!
This puzzle was SO fun!!
We went to the ladies Christmas event at WHBC with G-Ma. G-Ma was part of the program and the kids recorded their voices calling out to her as part of what she was doing.
Gayla was so sweet to bring some extra gifts for the gift exchange game, so the girls got to play! They loved it and it was hilarious watching them!

Such a treat to spend time with one of my all time favorite ladies today! I love Jerri...she is such a gift and I cherish her friendship! I'm so glad we live in the same city again!
Brian spent the first week in December in Colorado for the Dare2Share Retreat.
When Daddy's gone...this is how we sleep! #alltheblankets

Dentist time!
This is a "NO Cavities!" kind of smile!

Hair time!

Jonah loves the Bible!

One of my favorite parts of December was getting to spend time with my dear friend, Leslie! I met her at Pub W one day and we had the best time catching up! We don't get to see each other often, but when we do, we just pick up as if we've never skipped a beat.

We had Christmas carolers at our house!! We loved it!!

The 4th grade classes made these amazing nativity canvases as gifts for their moms and dads! I LOVE it so much!

Brian tried to get out of putting lights up this year, but when things changed at the last minute and we ended up hosting Christmas for the Baldwins at our house, he had some great helpers to put lights up less than two weeks before Christmas! Better late than never!

Mackenzie's PreTeen group at church had a Christmas party/mission night at Project66.

We got to be a part of Taylor's surprise 16th birthday party at Open Door! It was so fun, and Cristal's Hollywood themed decorations were amazing! The cookies I made were some of my favorites ever! Mackenzie wasn't feeling well at all, so she stayed at G-Ma's house and rested.

Such a sweet TimeHop memory! Those smiles!

This cracked me up...and also made me a little sad for Jonah! I was in Walmart shopping and Brian sent me these videos! Madison can be a bit of a bully to Jonah when she wants to be.
