January always feels like it stretches on and on and never is going to end. It was a busy month for us, with basketball practices and games, Mackenzie's Beauty & the Beast practice, doctors and dentist appointments, YEC, and regular school stuff. Here are some random pics!
I love my new 2020 planner! The nurses and receptionist at my OB's office love it too and always make a big fuss over it at every single appointment I have! It's pretty funny!
Yep, this is what January looked like...between basketball and Beauty & the Beast, we were hooked up. Brian makes fun of me for still having a paper planner, but look how cute and color-coded this is! I don't care what he says, I love my paper planner and I'm not giving it up.
Mackenzie has play practice on Wednesdays after school. She has just enough time to grab a quick lunch before practice starts. On this day, I took the girls to Wendy's and then back to the school for practice.
Hair appointment day...thankful to be feeling a little better, physically and mentally.
All of a sudden we noticed this big red bump on Jonah's cheek. Chesca (our dr) said it looked like a bite of some kind and to just keep an eye on it. It never got worse than this, but it was really red for a long time, and there is still a little spot on his cheek 2 months later. Hopefully it will eventually go completely away?
They love the Cookie Monster donut!
At least 1 out of 3 is correct!
January 23rd: My Current view!
Daddy and Jonah like playing Battlefront! We are quickly discovering that Jonah is our little video gamer. We have to cut him off, because he would literally sit and play it ALL day long if we let him.
This goes along with the video gaming...Jonah's ears turn bright red when he plays for too long. He just gets very intense about the game I guess!
Oh Pre-Algebra, we do not like you! Thank goodness we have a Connie in our life to help us!
Just a cute pic of sweet Madison!
Brian got a new mountain bike for Christmas! Can't believe he picked orange...gag! Apparently its a great bike that he got for half off (still way expensive), so he didn't care what color it was.
I'm assuming Jonah took buddy bear to school with him & then to Daddy's office after school on this day. Brian has been very good about picking the kids up for me, which has helped a lot.
Madison has basketball practice on Tuesdays after school at First Southern Del City. She rides with Shana Whitmill and a bunch of the girls from the school and then Brian picks her up at 5:30. It works out great because Mackenzie usually has play practice until 5:30 or 6:00, so he is able to pick them both up.
This is what you call little sister annoying big sister...
Mackenzie had a field trip for NJHS to Hey Day and to serve at a food pantry.
She was also invited to go with her friend Abigail to Incredible Pizza one day at the end of Christmas Break...they had a blast!
Wow, no pressure or anything...
