Here are just some misc. pics from April. One thing we really did enjoy was not having to get up early for school/work. Since we were stuck at home week after week, and the days were long, I didn't see any reason to get up early! While we tried to keep the kids occupied and busy doing things that didn't involve electronics every minute of the day, the picture above is just reality. I wish it weren't so much that way, but I am 8 months pregnant and not at the top of my game these days. I figure there are worse things they could be doing than binge-watching Full House and My Little Pony, and creating things with Minecraft on the XBOX.
Pretty girl! Madison doesn't care that we are staying home every day...she comes downstairs in the mornings with makeup on, wearing a dress 90% of the time. She makes me laugh!
My van was completely on empty...like I was praying I would make it to the gas station after my dr's appt...I filled it up for only $22.75...wow! The price of gas is crazy low...good for us, but bad for the economy.
How in the world she sleeps like this, I will never know!
And then again a few nights later...there were even more...haha! Makes me claustrophobic just looking at it! I think she said there were over 200 of them...and rest assured, she knows every one of their names!
Brian was such a trooper and did all of the grocery shopping (I mostly did online pick-up, but he had to actually go into the store a few times for big loads of groceries.)...this was right before Easter and he kept sending me pictures to ask about things for the kids' Easter baskets. =0)
On April 16th, our connection group met in a parking lot and visited for about an hour. It was so good to see our friends again! We did this again a few weeks later!
Looking at this picture, I'm just hoping she didn't actually give Buddy Bear a real haircut!
Around 30 weeks...we're getting there!
Can't go anywhere without a mask on these days!
Thanks to Jonah completing his Math Facts, we all got to go on an OnCue "field trip" for icees and snacks one day! Way to go, Jonah!!
Day dreamin' and wishing we were eating mickey ice cream bars at WDW today instead of in our backyard! But what a fun treat that they sell at Walmart now!
Our Little Gamer:
**Once this baby comes and I'm feeling better and things return to some kind of normal, we are going to have to detox him off of the XBOX!
I'm not sure when Madison wrote these instructions, but I just found them & had to take a picture! She's definitely going to need to go to culinary school if she wants to own a bakery!
It was fun to get cards in the mail while we were stuck at home!
Jonah's picture of Mickey Mouse! Hahaha! I love it!! (And I'm a little scared of this Mickey!)
I got this letter in the mail from Aunt Barbara...
